This day course includes; What is meditation? The benefits and studies, different forms, the power of group meditation, how to facilitate your own sessions, tips on reading meditations, writing and channelling your own material, offering 'one to one' meditation classes or as part of a treatment, meditation and children, exploring deeper states of present moment awareness.
If you choose to run your own groups, or classes, meditation circles or share meditation as a one to one this course is recognised and insurable. All you need to do is present your certificate of competency to Balens and they will be more than happy to include you on their policies.

Deepening your Spiritual Practice weekend course (10:30am to 3pm both days)

We will explore values, principles and heart teachings from Buddhism, Shamanism, Hinduism and the Deities, The Yama’s from the yogic path and a Japanese healing system.
Including Practical Techniques and Exercises, Meditations, Ceremonies, Drum Journeys, and Mantra. Group discussions as we recognise and integrate the core connecting themes to advance along a spiritual path, and how these relate to our own unique values.
A certificate of attendance will be presented to you upon completion.
